Join us for a rejuvenating yoga retreat that offers both day and residential options, perfectly designed to help you reconnect with yourself amidst the serene British countryside. Whether you choose to immerse yourself fully in a weekend of holistic practices or prefer the flexibility of a day retreat, each experience is crafted to enhance your wellbeing. Enjoy daily yoga sessions led by experienced instructors, meditate in peaceful surroundings, and participate in workshops that nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Our Retreat Intinerary

 

Friday

Arrive 3pm 

4-5 pm Opening circle and vinyasa flow yoga 

5- 5.30 Meditation and fire-gazing meditation.

6.30pm Dinner

8pm Optional cacao and evening swim & hot tub under the stars

Saturday

Breakfast

9-10.30am Energising Flow Yoga with Jules - mix of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. The

perfect way to start the day!

11-1pm Contrast Therapy Workshop with Jamie - An introduction into the science and techniques of

heat & cold therapy, including our retreat saunas, ice bath & hot tub.

1-2 Lunch

2-4 Beach walk followed by sankalpa (intention setting) yoga philosophy talk– what can we learn to apply to life and set strong intentions for the year ahead 

4-5- Free time spa/chill

5pm-6pm -  Dinner

6-7 pm “Flow and Fable” Book club with our book I May Be Wrong -  followed by optional Cacao Ceremony

7.30-8.30pm Restorative yoga and yoga Nidra with Jules (pjs optional!) 

 

Sunday

Breakfast

9-10.30am Morning meditation and yoga flow with Jules - Gently waken and fire the body with breathwork, flow and mindful practise to bring you into the present and set a peaceful tone for the day.

11am-12pm Optional guided mindful beach walk/spa time 

12.00-1.00pm Lunch

1.30-2.30 pm Ashtanga Yoga practice – bring strength, flexibility and fire to finish our retreat 

2.30 -3pm Closing circle and depart
